Communication
- We want to conduct ourselves with honesty and integrity through all stages of the process on every project, from estimate to cleanup.
-This means showing up on time, when we say we are going to show up for estimates and honoring given lead times to the best of our abilities.
-LISTENING during the estimate process to figure out what the customers needs are and what the budget for the project is. We don't like to add to the agreed upon price after the scope of work and price are agreed upon, nor do we want the customer finding out it looks completely different than they expected upon completion. It's better to be organized on the front end.
-Keeping you in the loop throughout the progression of the project so we know that things are turning out the way you had envisioned them.
Organization
-Doing our due diligence through the bidding process so we can honor the agreed upon price.
-Providing mockups so the customer has the tools to make the decisions in front of them, and there are no surprises at the end.
-Showing up on time with the materials we need to do the job. We've all had that horrible experience with a contractor that either doesn't show up or shows up and leaves every hour like clockwork, because he doesn't have what he needs to do the job.
Customer Orientation
- The #1 Reason you may want to consider us is this. That through every stage of the process we have the customers consideration in the center of our focus. Not only that you will be happy with your completed project, but also that you will feel thrilled with the experience that you had working with us. We would like to think that when we leave it won't be a good riddance, but a I wonder what they're up to.
